Paloma and Maxime are getting married!
The civil ceremony, mainly administrative, will officially seal a story that began 18 years ago and has been marked by many journeys across the world.
We are delighted to entrust this moment to one of our dearest friends, which makes it even more precious!
Fabien Racapé will officiate our marriage at the small town hall of Allaire, France, on December 27th, 2025. The family celebration will be held in an intimate setting.
But the real joy will be sharing this milestone with our friends: we look forward to seeing you at the big celebration!
When
The ceremony will take place on April 18th 2026
Where
We have chosen Almería (Spain), the place where our story began nearly 18 years ago — and not just for that reason.
The celebration will take place in an exceptional setting: a former equestrian center in the heart of the Cabo de Gata Natural Park.
Nearby you’ll find some of the most beautiful beaches in Spain, flamingo colonies, surrounding sierras, and landscapes made famous by countless films.
Please note: the venue is about 40 minutes from downtown Almería.
We will be spending several days there ourselves to make the most of it. This will also be a wonderful opportunity for those who wish to discover the best local sights — and the tastiest tapas — together.
The ceremony
There will be no town hall ceremony, nor a traditional religious service.
However, to mark the occasion with a touch of humor, our friend Pastafarian priest, Juanpe, will lead a short symbolic ceremony.
As you may have guessed, the theme of the evening will be Pastafarianism.
We invite you to join in the fun and come dressed in Pastafarian style… for an unforgettable celebration!

During the day, we’ll enjoy a barbecue, Spanish wine, and local beers.

We recommend booking two nights (Saturday and Sunday) to fully enjoy the surroundings.

And After?
If you wish to extend your stay before or after the wedding, there are plenty of options:
We usually book an apartment or house in downtown Almería through Booking.com or Airbnb. While the natural beauty of Cabo de Gata is unmatched, the city center offers a greater variety of restaurants, tapas bars, and pubs.
If you’d rather stay near the natural park, villages such as San José, Rodalquilar, or Las Negras are charming alternatives.
Also, Granada is not too far away. For those who haven’t visited, the Alhambra is one of the most beautiful places in the world. Be sure to book tickets well in advance on the official website.
The season will be perfect: not too hot, not too cold.
